Overview
The Preferred Renter Program is Nomad Trailer Rental’s loyalty program designed to reward customers who demonstrate consistent, responsible use of our equipment over time. The program is intended for repeat and business customers who require regular access to trailers and maintain a positive rental history.
Participation in the program is earned through usage and is not available upon request.
Eligibility
Customers may become eligible for the Preferred Renter Program by meeting one or more of the following criteria:
- Multiple completed rentals within a defined rolling time period
- Consistent rental activity demonstrating ongoing usage
- Verified business customers with an established rental history
Eligibility is determined based on completed rentals, account standing, and overall rental history. Enrollment is not automatic and is subject to review.
Program Benefits
Approved Preferred Renters may receive access to one or more of the following benefits:
- Waived security deposit requirement
- Usage-based discounts applied to base rental rates
- Rental credits earned through consistent monthly usage
- Priority scheduling and availability when possible
- Locked-in base rental rates for defined periods
Specific benefits, discount levels, and credit eligibility are determined by recent rental activity and may vary over time.
Usage-Based Discounts
Usage-based discounts are calculated based on the number of completed rentals during a prior evaluation period and apply only to the base rental rate.
Usage-based discounts:
- Reset periodically
- Do not carry forward
- Are not guaranteed month-to-month
Discounts do not apply to:
- Late fees
- Damage, loss, or repair charges
- Cleaning fees
- Delivery, pickup, or after-hours services
- Add-ons, accessories, or optional equipment
Rental Credits
Rental credits may be earned through qualifying rental activity and are applied to future rentals only.
Rental credit terms:
- Credits apply to base rental charges only
- Credits may not be combined with usage-based discounts on the same rental
- One credit may be applied per rental
- Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable
- Credits expire if unused within a defined period
Credits are issued at Nomad Trailer Rental’s discretion based on usage and account standing.
Program Expectations & Account Standing
To remain in good standing within the Preferred Renter Program, customers must:
- Return equipment on time
- Use equipment responsibly and only as intended
- Return equipment in comparable condition to checkout
- Maintain a positive rental history free of repeated issues
Late returns, damage, misuse, policy violations, or unpaid balances may result in suspension or removal from the program.
Suspension or Removal
Nomad Trailer Rental reserves the right to suspend or revoke participation in the Preferred Renter Program at any time due to, but not limited to:
- Repeated late returns
- Damage or misuse of equipment
- Policy violations
- Deterioration of account standing
Suspension or removal from the program does not affect a customer’s obligation to comply with all rental agreement terms.
Program Modifications
Nomad Trailer Rental reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Preferred Renter Program, or any associated benefits, at any time without prior notice. Participation in the program does not guarantee equipment availability.
Relationship to Commercial Pricing
The Preferred Renter Program is separate from custom commercial pricing arrangements. Commercial or contract pricing is negotiated independently and is intended for businesses requiring structured or project-based rental agreements.
